She isn't all that sexy, just fit. She doesn't have an awesome ass and her chest is rather flat yet she's good looking.

More of the latter but I don't see a huge difference between both. I think sexy when I see a girl with a good looking ass and breasts, often somehow exposed by tight jeans, short skirts and such other sexually tempting clothes.
Yeah I think that would be a good definition.

Now a fit girl is just an average one - simply not too fat and not too skinny, with normal average body. Just like most average girls - that's how Alizee's body looks to me. Something I see everyday and doesn't seem especially "sexy". That's how most of my female friends look like etc.
It doesn't mean that I wouldn't find her sexually attractive if I were in bed with her. But she's not standing out with sexual appeal - It wouldn't make me admire her body like I would with a really outstandingly sexually appealing girl.
To me Alizee looks just normal, average and her face is what is truly outstanding in my opinion. It's what makes me really like her looks.

edit: I think I get the point now - it's either my english or a different culture/point of view but I think that some people here consider a person "sexy" whenever she's not totally asexual.
And to me that definition worked for girls that would be kind of outstanding - those that I would turn around to see their asses etc. Not just any fit girl that I would find sexually attractive in an intimate situation. Because usually fit girls are also sexually attractive like that but that's how any next girl is, unless she's too fat, too skinny or her ass looks weird but that's pretty rare.

Maybe I did make it seem a bit confusing. Ahh it's hard to describe, really.
To me an average person is sexually appealing to some extent but not outstanding in this matter. And that's the kind that I referred to as "not especially sexy, just average".
Because most girls that I see and all of my female friends look fit, have slim bodies and care about themselves and that's pretty normal.
If a girl wouldn't be sexually appealing at all I wouldn't call her "average looking". It'd be worse than average because usually looking fit (taking basic care of your body or not eating a ton of burgers) is enough to be sexually appealing in an "average" way.
Like I said to me it means the average, fit kind of girls that I see all the time that don't stand out with their sex appeal.
And "sexy" means something more to me. Like "sexually appealing" to a much bigger extent. Something outstanding. A body that men tend to stare at and would really want to fuck.

And no, I think that the whole body makes for a person's "sexiness" but breasts and ass are "critical places"

Sure it's nice to watch a sexy body but it's attractive in a different way that doesn't do it for me.

On a second thought maybe there is something about "sexy" girls that spoil the other, genuine kind of attractiveness to me.
