It's sunny and warm in Canada from May to September for the most part - October in some cases as well. It's not year round snow, but when winter hits - it really hits. I'm talking about Montreal specifically though... Other places you can go to have fun would be Vancouver and Toronto, and then they don't get as much snow/cold weather as we do here in MTL.

I'm sure there are many places in the USA you'd have a good time on Spring Break, such as Florida.
