Who is Kendall Hunter and what incident is he talking about?? [LINK]

I just went through a few of the Interviews from the old hitemup.com archieve and I just found something that I can't really associate with.
It's an interview with some Kendall Hunter who seems to have had some problems in the past when Pac helped him out.

I wonder what he is talking about, is it the incident where Pac shot at the two off-duties??

Thats when Pac shot those 2 cops in Atlanta, I believe they were off duty at the time all that went down....
