Who Here Has Ever Been Arrested?

Share your experiences with everybody........i'll start it off....

i've been arrested 5 times....but the first time really didn't count...cause i was 15 and it was right after school...and there was a McDonalds right down the street from my High School and that's where everybody would go meet up at after school....that's where people would smoke, plan out how they were going to spend the rest of their day....you know shit like that...well anyway...i was with some of my boys and one of them had some spray paint so i took it from him and started tagging the back wall of Mickey D's and little did i know somebody who worked there happened to go take out the trash and saw me doing it. So that person went back inside and called the police...and the police station isn't too far away from the high school so it didn't take long for a cop to get there and catch me in the act...that shit was really embarassing...since most of the paint wasn't completely dry he made me go wash it off and whatever wouldn't come off i had to paint over...after i was done he made me get in the back of the car...but he didn't even put handcuffs on me but he did drive me to the police station where he put me in a holding cell for like an hour and a half until my mom came to pick me up...he said he would've charged me with vandalism but making me clean up the paint in front of my boys and my peers was punishment enough.

the second time i was 16 just about to turn 17 and i got caught with an 1/8 of weed....so they took me to jail...they booked me and i spent a night in a JDC(Juvenile Detention Center)...and the next day they released me to the custody of my mom but i had to go back to court where thay gave me 1 year's worth of probation.

the third time was me violating my probation for Truancy(not going to school) and for my piss testing positive for weed....they made do 45 days....that might not seem like that long...but a month and a half goes slow as hell in that mother fucker

then the fourth time...i got arrested for DUI(Driving Under the Influence)...at the time i was 19 so there was no more JDC for me they sent me to ADC(Adult Dention Center) i only had to spend the night there until i sobered up then they let me go in the morning...but when i went to court they suspended my License for a year

the fifth and hopefully last time...i got caught driving on a suspended license...so i did 90 days

getting arrested is definitly not something to be proud of but it's definitly a learning experience

ive almost been arrested in grade school over stupid shit. me and my friends were battling on wax. some teachers found the papers, thought the violent parts were for real and called the cops. til this day i still havent forgiven them. because we were friends, close friends and the teachers knew we werent mad at each other because we were always cool. they knew that. yet they still got us in trouble.

I've had alot of cop trouble when i was in my teens, but nothing that ended up too bad. Alot of fights and stuff and all they did was tell my parents or something or rather. When i hit 18 (this is the most stupid time to try out new things), i robbed this place and got busted. I had to go through the court and stuff but fortunatly during this whole time i was volunteering at a few nursing homes and at the childrens hospital so they just let me off with a diversion notice (meaning i won't get any criminal record as long as i behave) which was very very important to me because a criminal record could of fucked me over especially the industry i'm trying to get to and stuff.

In 8th grade I wrote a rap about a school shooting.. it was great, it had mentionings of Columbine and everything. I read the rap aloud to the peers in my gym class and the teacher caught me with it and said she would give it back after class... BUT HAD TO READ IT FIRST. So...... she read it and took me down to the office, where they called the police, raided my locker and found over 100 raps, and they found like 50 D12 CDs I was bootlegging at school.

They arrested me right in school and drove me straight to Jail where I was held captive for 20 days! :thumb:

Not to mention I had already been on 1 year probation for a 2 month school skipping vacation! :thumb:

Repeat the same process... twist it a little bit... and you got why KAMIKAZI was arrested.

been arrested for theft after i stole a new computer in 7th grade. i actually stole 8 but they only caught me stealing one.they couldnt find the rest cuz i was smart enough not to keep them at my house.oh the good ol' days lol.

got arrested in 9th grade for kicking a girl down the stairs(she kicked me first so i had to knock the bitch down).no one would believe that she kicked me so i got the punishment. and she got the broken legs. muwahahaha. stupid bitch

got arrested in 12th grade.this was overseas. me and about 10 of my buddies fought the same amount of people from another town. there was sticks,metal bars,etc.... one of the other guys got killed after one of his own buddies smacked him in the head with a metal pipe by accident lmao. we put one of the guys car on fire...... anyways they got the army and threw us in the jeeps. i got out a year and a half later.they'd beat us everyday,like kick us in the head and put us in the burning sun without any water throughout the whole day.

got arrested two more time when i came back to canada for assault.

and the last time i got arrested was when i was jaywalking(well i got arrested because i had a shitload of unpaid tickets).

im 21.

is laugh at the faggot.it was fighting to kill trust me. with all those weapons. one of my friends got it pretty bad,he had head injuries and took him awhile to recover.

first time for assault... my lil brother beat some kids up n i didnt stop him so they charged me i was 15 it got dropped

second time i was 16 for robbery i jacked a kid for a g note went to TYAC (toronto youth accessment centre) for a week

3rd time wen i was 16 some kid grabbed my sister up at a subway station so i ran up on him n started to fight him (assault) i smacked his hat of his head (robbery since he lost it) then a bystander decided to get involved so my boy grabbed him n i was mad so i started to bang on hmi too..(assault a good samaratin)..the subway station is the same station where i robbed the kid for the grand.. i was banned from there for that (fail to comply x2 for being there another time aswell) i had a knife at time of arrest (fail to comply and weapons dangerous) i also had a few dimes the detectives are assholes so they threw with intent to traffic on my possesion charge i was so mad i thraetened the kid wen he came in with the detectives to point me out ( threaten bodily harm/uttering death...later the conducted a criminal search on my crib and foudn my brothers heater but he dont live there so i took (careless storage of a firearm careless storage of ammunition) they even gave me a fail to comply for not telling them about my change of address did 2 months at Tyac before i got a chance to pick and choose what id plead to


3rd time armed robbery times were hard me and my nigga hit up a telus store got money and phones, phone cards etc only did 2 weeks at Hamilton wentworth detention centre since there wasnt enough evidence to hold a steady case..im awaiting trial for that rite now

4th time and the LAST time hopefully was a robbery i fit description for... the same detectives who arrested me for the armed robbery pinned it on me since there like wannabe rogue cops but this case was a good one since the robbery victim didnt speak english and all the Bitch wanted to say was it was a black guy in blue jeans about six foot she got robbed while iw as in the general visinity they said they found her purse or something but it was lost in the evidence locker... then the lady said it wasnt even a purse she lost...

I'd say 6-7 times. Being arrested is not cool though, it's too bad alot of people think it is.

it goes back to when I was like 16 until I was like 18 or 19. The first time I was arrested, it was for vandalism. If I remember correctly, the second time was vandalism as well. I can't remember exactly after that. There was assault, grand theft auto, recieveing stolen property, vandalism and some other shit.

I have. Also not going to any detail. But the worst feelin was what my mom said/did. Getting arrested isnt a GIGANTIC deal, but when youre 17 (or maybe i was 18) you're still a minor and under your parents responsiblity...as appose to youre own (19+)

I got arrested twice but not for nothing exciting like y'all lol
First time it was for a bad check, all I had to do was go to the sheriff's dept and sit in the booking room til the judge came. Second time was because the bitches at the DMV didn't record where I paid a traffic ticket and they had my license as being suspended when they shouldn't have been. Had to spend the night in jail that time, and for no reason. I was pissed cause I knew I had paid that ticket and it was their fault it wasn't taken out of the system. Had to go all the way to the state DMV office and get a copy of where the ticket was paid and my license were never suspended so the case was dropped. Spent a night in jail and missed a day of work for that bullshit too.
