Technology who do i access a mixtape thats in a rar file?

i downloaded a mixtape but it a rar file, so i wanna know how to open it to change it to mp3 format, if anybody can help

1: Download WinRAR.
2: Install it.
3: Put the rar file in the folder where you want the mp3s to be.
4: Right click the rar files and select "Extract here".
