That menu looks like it's from the 80's. Anyway, driving across the country, I had a 30$ giftcard to McDonalds (did I ask for it? no) and I felt inclined to use it. I hate McDonalds, but free food is free food. Nevertheless, going state to state I realized menus were different and meals had different assigned numbers. A lot of McDonalds ran what I assume to be test-market meals, such as bringing the McRib back. I was shocked when I saw that back on some menus in the midwest. That is probably the same idea as your Camel burger. I've never heard of it.

there are some guys in my class from columbia. they say the mcdonalds down there are actually nice. they are like real restaurant that you would want to sit down in and eat in. none of the meat is imported. it is all local from cows in columbia. the burgers actually look like what they do in the pics too. i hear its that way overseas in some places

Unless one lives in bumfuck, most McDonalds are being renovated with so-called "elegance". The McDonalds are much nicer now. Generally with faux-marble floors, counters and walls. The theme is reminiscent of Starbucks with tan and black colors throughout. A lot even have a waterfall in them.
