That menu looks like it's from the 80's. Anyway, driving across the country, I had a 30$ giftcard to McDonalds (did I ask for it? no) and I felt inclined to use it. I hate McDonalds, but free food is free food. Nevertheless, going state to state I realized menus were different and meals had different assigned numbers. A lot of McDonalds ran what I assume to be test-market meals, such as bringing the McRib back. I was shocked when I saw that back on some menus in the midwest. That is probably the same idea as your Camel burger. I've never heard of it.
Despite having unhealthy food, they have a lot of different ideas and interesting advertising to say the least. I saw a McDonalds that sold pizza and hotdogs. I saw a few McDonalds with something called a "Mac Cafe" which is like Starbucks. I saw a McDonalds on a decomissioned train. And...I saw a McDonalds on a bridge...
