Which Fad, Emo or Scene?

Which 'fad' is better, Emo or Scene?
Which will last longer? (although i know emo is already established).

Emo = Emotional, Gothic like.

Scene = Rainbowy Gothic...if that makes sense.

It could be that I left high school some 2+ years ago or that I don't have MTV, but I've never heard of the "scene" fad.

By the way, those "scene" girls look damn sexy even though they're like 16.

those pictures posted are the most prettiest Emos i ever seen, most of the ones i see are fat girls, because they like to wear black to try and flatter their size.

i think emos will be around longer because most teenagers are depressing and they think BLACK is the only colour they identify with.
