coyote-tf never said that, he's agreeing with you. You need to re-read his post. And I don't think haunted was quoting the Source's rating, that is what he rated it. Damn, why are people so sensitive whenever it comes to this album? Any time someone says it's not the greatest album ever, people get their panties all in a bunch.

Thats a mistake to coyote-tf. I apologize for that. Who gives a fuck what the source or any individual member rates an album. The thing that pisses me off is that people try to pass off their little opinions as facts. These pretend pac fans come in here and try to piss off real fans like me with their stupid ratings because they know they can get to us. You know how many people will put another double album like Life After Death or Streets Disciples over a much more better album like All Eyez on Me because of this.

Picture Me Rollin
All About U
N.I.G.G.A
Shorty Wanna Be A Thug
Check Out Time
All Eyez On Me
Heaven Ain't Hard 2 Find

How could all of these be fillers? What you happen to not like is what I and probably 12 million people in this world like, so no one should be surprised if someone comes in here and becomes offended. I'm pretty sure that if "I Ain't Mad At Cha" wasn't a video single, it would be among the list of fillers on some of these lists. Some of these members can't even think for themselves. They go according to what the TV and radio plays. That is my take.

And this is to haunted-Like how the hell could Thug Life be Pac's weakest album? Look at all the great songs on that LP. Bury Me A G, Stay True, Pour Out A Little Liquor, Under Pressure, How Long Will They Mourn Me, Str8 Ballin, cmon now. Haunted shouldn't be allowed to rate anything because of some of his idiotic statements. In fact, he should be banned from even participating in any type of ratings conversations.

So you don't think you're passing your 'little opinion' off as a fact?

And it's a valid point because you're a 'real fan'?

Me, haunted and other people who think AEOM isn't 'tha shit' are just fake fans?

All Eyez On Me isn't the best damn album in the whole fn world, but you making comments calling plenty of songs on that LP shit just de-values the album and 2pac's work. So in other words I wouldn't be surprised if you were fake fans with that ridiculous number you call a rating.

Man, I don't get this. Why does someone else's opinion bother you that much? No one says you have to agree with it. EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO THEIR OWN OPINIONS. Personally I completely disagree with your opinion, but I'm not going to flame you or call you a fake fan and get all upset about it, because it's just not that big a deal. It's not going to change your opinion, and you aren't going to change mine, so stop trying to force your opinions on everybody and just accept that not everyone sees things the same way you do. Oh and by the way, I don't remember myself, haunted, dutch or anyone else calling any songs on the album shit. They may not have the quality or replayability of other songs on the album, but that doesn't mean I think they are shit.

There are a lot of shit songs on it lol.

But considering you posted this >>

5 classics back to back.

Thug Life
Me Against The World
All Eyez On Me
Makaveli
R U Still Down!!

I don't think a serious open-minded discussion is possible with you.

If that makes me a fake fan in your eyes, fine. (Although I've probably invested a whole lot more money in my 2Pac collection than you).
You're an ignorant, even-more-stupid-than-they-usually-come dickrider in mine :)

Wow, there's a lot of dickriders here. Why is it so hard to believe that some people don't think AEOM is the greatest thing to happen to rap music? If you judge this album by the standards of Pac's greatest works, this is an average album. The songs where he's actually saying something interesting and important are: maybe Heartz Of Men, Life Goes On, Only God Can Judge Me, I Ain't Mad At Cha, Shorty Wanna Be A Thug, Wonda Why They Call U Bytch, and that's about it. The rest of the album are either party joints, ridah songs or bitch raps. Now compare that to Makaveli, or some of his unreleased material like Until The End Of Time, Never Be Peace, Better Days, They Don't give A Fuck About Us, Who Do U Believe In, etc, etc. All Eyez was just a welcome to Death Row album. If you don't like that opinion, fine, but I am entitled to it as much as you are to your opinion, even if I think it's a "controversial, dumb ass opinion." I know some of you like to believe that everything Pac did was the greatest thing ever, but it's not true.
so now im a pac dick ryda because i think AEOM is a classic a 5.0?!! then youre goin against everything u been sayin on this thread... thats a opinion, even tho it was expressed in a hardly way, what i said was like - shits a classic, how in the hell can people say its 3.5 or average?? - and u didnt take it as an opinion, but as a beef shit.. i aint beefin around, so stay with your controversial dumb ass opinion that i stay with mine cdao...

People who think that everything Pac put out is a classic and flame anyone who doesn't think so are dickriders. I never said names, so if you took that as a shot at you that's not my problem. If you think AEOM is a 5/5 classic so be it. But you are disrespecting people who don't agree with you, which I have a problem with. I don't see why it's so hard to let people have their own opinions without flaming them.

them dont u flame others opinions by callin them dick rydaz... and if u say shit like that and dont name it and let it blowin in the air, then u r a coward.... say names the next time then u wont be disrespecting EVERYBODY who don't agree with you..

How is somebody a dickrider because they feel Pac's work is great. Thug Life up until R u Still Down is also my opinion of some of pac's best solo released works so far. I think thats wrong to say because plenty of people I know whether from the internet or personally will agree that those are pac's best 5 albums. Also imo since we are all on a 2pac forum constantly discussing pac, you or everyone else might as well label themselves a dickridah. If the word dick wasn't in it, it wouldn't be such a bad term to be a ridah alone. I don't know about you, but I'll ride for my boy Pac even though all his stuff isn't great, but All Eyez On Me is some of his best work. If you are a true pac fan you'd give him a fair share of replayability and actually listen....listen to his music instead of skimming through and saying I don't like the beat or verse so therefore its not a good song/filler. My take is people don't really listen to music and skim through like what Jay-Z said on the song "renegade". When you people condeming the album actually listen to songs you've skip in the past maybe your rating would've been more valid and wouldn't face such oppositions. And if you labeled this thread "AEOM songs with lack of replayability" instead of the more offensive term as "filler", there wouldn't be this much backlash. I mean how is it possible to rate an album if you skip a song or barely listen to certain tracks. People should have classes on how to listen and critic music if that's what they're interested in.

Man I don't know why I'm bothering anymore, you clearly aren't getting what I'm saying. I'm not calling anyone who disagrees with me a dickrider. I'm calling people who seem to think everything Pac did is classic, and then criticize anyone who disagrees, dickriders. I've said it over and over again, everyone is entitled to their own opinions. It's only when they start to get mad at anyone who disagrees with them that it becomes a problem. I really don't appreciate being labeled a "fake fan" just because I don't agree with hituup's opinion of the album. Maybe I shouldn't have labeled people dickriders, but that's how I see it.

You expect an album filled with 27 songs to all be concious? Why can't you except the fact that for an album that is more dedicated to the mainstream/commercial-partying and upbeat sound that it is a very good album and set out to do what it was meant for. It's also a diverse album and for it's time the production was very great imo. Like how could you expect pac to be only one thing when you know he is a diverse mc. That means making club records, party songs, gangsta, social songs, political, you name it. If you are judging this album by the lack of conciousness or messages, then how the hell do you judge other rap albums from other rap artists. How would you rate biggies lad, or the game's documentary, 50's get rich or die tryin, or some of mobb deeps works. And I don't think anyones truly truly upset, but I just think people are debating your opinions on fillers.

no problem, man, lets finish it. :thumb:

Well of course not everything he did had to be conscious and deep, but to me it seems like he had an agenda on the first disc of the album, but on the second disc it kinda goes all over the place and it seems like a lot of songs were added on there to kill time. I mean don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the album is bad. To me a 3.5 rating is good but could have been better. I just don't see how people could say that AEOM is on the same level as Makaveli, which to me is a mind blowing album. IN MY OPINION, that is the only Pac album I would rate 5/5. A lot of the people who are saying that AEOM is a 5/5 would also give 7DT a 5/5 as well, and to me I don't get that. But as I've said over and over and over again, it is just my opinion. I apologize for labeling people as dickriders, but I just don't understand the mentality of attacking someone for having a different opinion than theirs.

all eyez on me was pacs best CD by far but as far as fans go it will enver be there favorite, because its just been so overplayed, but it has some great songs, alot of good songs. it was his most diverse CD and it was right before he reached his peak. people hating on it are jsut ignorant. but i can see why you would think it is just average considering the played outness of it.

I'm not gonna respond to this entire bullshit post, but I'll take the last part >>

Don't you think I've actually listened to the whole album multiple times before making up my mind?
