Hip-Hop and R'n'B are so closely intertwined these days (for better or worse) that it makes sense to merge the forums.

However, since R'n'B is such a vast category, I would encourage R'n'B of the non hip-hop kind to be discussed in Don't Stop The Music.

It wouldn't make sense to be talking about Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, Cameo, Prince etc in The Streets section.
