Whats with Chicks and Make Up?

I got into a habbit of wearing makeup, to the point where I wouldnt go to city or to work without it. So I can understand your friend. It's not about being ugly and needing to hide or anything, lol (because most people wouldnt even really notice either way!). I feel more professional, more attractive and can draw attention to my best features - my eyes and long eyelashes. Maybe that sounds conceited, but it's an honest answer.

Yeah depending where you work, its a must to wear "some" make-up, but too much can be just as bad as none.

that's carzy! i don't wear make up for work ( i work with truck drivers not like i need to impress them!! lol) i only wear make up if i am going out and even then i don't wear much

but your eyes and eyelashes don't look that way without the make-up though.. and if you really have beautiful eyes you don't need make-up to draw attention to it cause people'll notice :thumb:

I can't at the moment. When I had to reinstall my comp, nothing works anymore. I can't get my digital cam to work or my webcam and my ex has all my driver CDs and hasn't sent them back to me yet even though he was supposed to months ago. So I can't take any pics to post and the ones I already had on here, I deleted before I knew my cam wouldn't work. But when I get the CDs or get the money to buy another cam, I'll post em.

With some girls make-up doesn't really make a difference. Like for instance my good friend Katie. She is BEAUTIFUL, like the prettiest girl I've ever met, yet she wears make-up and I dunno why cos she looks the same without it lol big ol' eyelashes, gorgeous skin .. everything.

Yet some people look like drag queens with it on.
