I've been away for some time so maybe things are changed.. But what the heck is this?

I believe that happens on all vBulletin messageboards. Its not something you have to worry about. It happened to me on another vBulletin messageboard. This guy's avatar was showing up everywhere, and I may I say that I didn't want to see him everywhere.
