I was under the impression that RUSD was all pre-death row music, so i just figured the "Where do we go from here" beat was done before Death row. By the time RUSD was released, did Amaru have the rights to release and make money off of Death Row's music? I thought this came a little later.

they don't use the same beat, they use the same sample. Fuck All Yall OG and 4 My Niggaz use the same sample, and they were recorded 2-3 years apart, it makes no difference

Actually, it IS the same beat. Whats Next is just spend up. I sped up the instrumental to Where Do We Go From Here and it sound exactly like Whats Next. You can try it yourself.
