Whats a good pick up line??

Pick up lines dont work...and it's not that hard to start a conversation.

I remember when I was at a club a few weeks ago standing in line to get a drink. A guy just put his foot next to mine and said "Your foot is tiny...what size shoe do you wear?" and we conversated while we waited for our drinks.

Yeah, like everybody said, they don't work really. Pick up lines are good ways of making the girl laugh which could work if she finds you cute. But, the girl would kinda have to be down to earth and not stuck up.

And as for loud music in clubs. The bar is your friend. generally the bar itself is a bit away from teh dancefloor thus a little quieter. Just get it out of your head that pick up lines work. I generally just spark up conversation about relationship advice... saying something like "ay, my friend over there just had a massive fight with his girlfriend because he still lives with her parents.. what do u think he should do?" girls for some reason POUNCE on opportunities to give their 2 cents.. of course my story is utter bullshit and that guy might not even be someone i know.. Then once they start talking and that.. i ive a few compliments WITHOUT sounding cheesy.. none of that 'oh my god you're so gorgeous" crap. Get conversation started... i play a few games as well.. favourite being truth or dare (always say truth until they say dare... never be ambitious) or play a drinking game like buffallo (if you are caught drinking with your right hand at any stage of the night and they say 'buffallo' or vice versa.. then they have to skull the drink down) or i never... make the night more fun for them... be FUNNY.. but don't be a fucking clown and don't lose your cool... Display intelligence.. don't talk current events and definitely don't talk politics and religion.. If your not an interesting person become one... spice up your daily life with extra activities.. if you spend your nights doing nothing.. .take up dance classes, take up yoga, take up an instrument.. do something with your life. being interesting isn't about lying through your teeth but it's about actually being an interesting person. YOU WILL GET CAUGHT OUT IF YOU LIE...

Clubs are too easy to pick up.. it's quieter places like libraries and cafes and restraunts that get hard. Because generally people don't approach people for dates or anything at those sorts of places.

Remember.. a good looking girl gets approached a thousand fucking times in one night.. every guy is trying to hit on her.. so for fucks sake be different.. None of that 'you're gorgeous' shit.. they get told that millions of times throughout their lives and they'll just brush it off. Don't give them the satisfaction that they have the upperhand...

But no, I definately agree it's not for everyone.

and once again everybody, salar comes through with wise words! listen to him, peep some game, he is spot on with what he says. women want an interesting man. one that is unpredictable without being unreliable. not someone that goes to work all day, comes home and gets drunk and high every night.
 
^^^I realy don't see the reason why these north americans don't drag a woman by her hair from a club and hump her and throw her back in the bar aftewards..

word. i learnt a lot from this man during my insecure and uncertain days a long time ago.

also, another thing. present yourself nicely. if you dress like a bum ass nicca, youll be treated like one. so; if your beard does not sit stylishly, shave that scruffy shit off. theres nothing worse than coming up to a girl with a scruffy beard only to find you got birds and shit living in there.

dress well too. it sounds superficial, but looking nice pays great dividends. a well groomed appearance indicates that you are the type of guy that likes to look after himself etc. furthermore if youre appealing to the eye in this way, it's like an advantage.


btw, if youre a boring motherfucker who has about as much personality as that plastic thing on top of a shoe lace, then stick to the internet chat rooms

I don't agree. While for some guys that might play a role, it doesn't for me. I wear what I want 2 wear and I don't shave or whatever for a date, hell I don't even stay soeber for a date. I don' have 2.
