I was always skinny and tall, over the last 2 years Ive filled out and look normal, not skinny not fat but not lanky which is good, I was always a tad lanky (not on a Snoop Dogg level though lol).
When you stop growing and start filling out, you'll broden up natrually and it will be easier to bulk up. Then you can start eating junk food for a few months, get some meat on your bones, hit the gym and shape it up. If you're skinny and lanky you wont really bulk up. Just keep fit for now.
yeah eh i was thinkin that cuz wen i gain weight its muscle i dont gain fatty tissue n wen i was locked up i did 500 push ups a nite n didnt gain shit so i was all u kno excited wen i seen i was gettin bigger my appetites huge now too ive been killin the fridge n doin pushups n sit ups the past couple days
jeez, how you manage that. it sounds impossible for the fact you say your skinny and not only that, but you can only do 500 push ups if you've built it up over time. its a repetitive excercise which you have to continuolusly build the right muscles up for. <--did that make sense
