At this point, if the forum is losing Rukas money or too much to handle, we should just transition to a Discord and keep the board up just for the old posts/archiving.

So what’s everyone doing with their lives now?
What music are peeps listening to these days? Who married? Who has kids? Who finally came out of the closet? Who’s still stuck in the closet?

I’ve been blessed. Been working in IT since I left and had a great little DJing career which was fun until I was in my early 30s. Started a photography career after that while I traveled through South America, Asia and Europe… came back home to Melbourne after a few years of travel and have been in my IT career since, though I haven’t been working this year. No kids.. living with my gf. Went back to university a few years ago to get a philosophy degree in pursuit of a doctorate. That’s pretty much it. Life is a blessing… it can throw some wrenches at times but that’s just part of it.

Hey now that's not entirely true.

Not to get all serious, but I think it'll make a lot of sense if I explain why I didn't expect to come here and have a surge of new members. If you would believe it, it was somewhat more altruistic. I had a long break from the 2Pac stuff for about 5-10 years. When I came back it took some navigating to find the proper channels, and boy had a lot of stuff happened. I remember downloading that whole Reference CD set with like 60 new alternate versions/better quality versions of old songs. Shit was exciting as fuck. If ever there was anybody from back in the day that I might even have an old relation to, that wanted to come back, that'd be a great opportunity to have a cool and meaningful social experience that was also rooted in my deepest interests. For me as well as this other prospect. The whole point of the discord is to have fun with likeminded people, I'm not making money on anything, I don't stand to gain anything from this other than potentially geeking out with someone I used to know

I do the shameless promotion on YouTube, Facebook and Reddit. When I come here it's 90% for nostalgia
