I was thinking about this the other day and I realize that Pac didn't do it that often, but what song lyrics did Pac copy or twist and use in his own lyrics? I'm not talking about him dropping song titles in his verses or interpolating someone else's chorus (like how he mimicked the "Player's Anthem" chorus for "Hit 'Em Up"), but actual lyrics from verses, such as:
"Two years ago, a friend of mine
Asked me to say some MC rhymes"
- Run-D.M.C., "Sucker MCs"
became
"Two years ago, a friend of mine
Told me Alize and Cristal blows your mind"
- 2Pac, "Got My Mind Made Up"
Are there any others?

hmm, I cant confirm this,
but a while back i heard a version of unconditional love by mc hammer. The lyrics were exactly the same as pac's, but iono who copied who...

yeah
also within the got my mind made up...the whole takin off my coat, clearin my throat....

Slick Rick in La Di Da Di

"For all of y'all keepin y'all in health, just to see you smile and enjoy yourself"

became

2Pac in the Untouchable Freestyle

"For all my dawgs out there raisin hell, just to see a young nigga raise the bail"

Method Man - Bring The Pain
"I came to bring the pain, hardcore from the brain/
Let's go inside my astral plane/"

2Pac - No More Pain
"I came to bring the pain, hardcore to the brain/
Let's go inside my astral plane/"

He also says the exact Slick Rick line in Lost Souls.

Right, but that is a chorus. I'm asking for verses re-using other rappers' lyrics or whatever. I purposely left out interpolated choruses because that would account for a shitload of songs, most of which probably already credit the original song and chorus in the liner notes--No More Pain included.

Well, this probably isn't exactly what you mean but in N.I.G.G.A. Pac uses the phrase "No justice, no peace''. This obviously is a reference to the dito rally cry from the Rodney King riots and that phrase was based on that Equal Rights/Downpressor Man song by Peter Tosh. That song was like the anthem for the riots and Peter Tosh said: "I don't want peace, I want equal rights and justice for my brothers" or something along those lines. So, in a way, Pac quoted Peter Tosh. But I guess this is a little far-fetched and off-topic.

didnt pac wrote lyrics for other well known rapper , like hummer, n snoop maybe
i always though snoop got help 2 wrote his verses on 2 of amerikaz most wanted lol
