Can someone tell me what the word is that Pac uses in “I think this country was built on gangs. This country is still one *** gangs, with the Republicans, the Democrats….” (Tupac VS.)

I cant understand the word after "still .....", anyone does? Does he say 'one all gangs' ? Plz holla cauze I need this Pac quote for another term paper.

This is what a lyrics-site says, don't know if it's correct. I take a listen to the song when i'm home in about an hour.

Yea man! Thanks, that makes sense ("this country is still run by gangs"), I take this of course, gonna quote our man yet another time. Pac is a teacher, hands down.
