Ok may sound like a strange thread but had an argument with one of my mates today!

Which do you use Tampons or pads?

I use tampons, didn't start using them til i was 18 though! But pads to me just aren't for me, they make me as paranoid as hell! (smell, visibilty etc) plus i only wear thongs! Where as my mate loves them and will not use tampons!

Which do you prefer and use and why?

i feel the same as you with the whole pad thing but also with tampons i have leaked a few times and it pisses me off!! it's like you don't know which ones to use regular, super, lite bc it changes so often during the day, at least mine does.

i still prefer tampons bc they do not have an odor and they are easier to carry around

oh yeah and they are more comfortable

to me it really depends, i dont like using tampons at night, and your not supossed to as well. so i use pads during the night, but tampons during the day. but when im really feeling heavy, i use a tampon with a panty liner, just to be sure. especially when i go out.

I learned to use tampons right away bcuz pads felt like wearing a diaper...but since my periods were light and only last a few days...I wear a tampon maybe one day and panty liners the rest.

My periods are like that too, I bleed for real for like two days so I do what you do.

pads = night
and even then i mostly use tampons. cant stand pads

but id use tampons anyday if i had to make a choice between both

Pads, I only use rarely, i'm not a fan of them

lol i totally agree!!

i am ok with tampons, hardly ever leak cos i am not on that heavy and my period lasts about 2/3 days at the most!

mine is on for 2days off for 1 on for 1 day then off for 1 then on for 2days.....really sucks, i'm hoping it will regulate now that i'm on the pill

Mine's 4 days. Only get pain on the first day. And I'm not on the pill lol
