See, I for one don't want to see anyone's picture. I have an image of people based on what they're like on the board and these pictures ruin that. It's like talking to a girl on the phone who sounds beautiful and sweet and then meeting her for the first time and finding that she looks like Rihanna and having to beat her head against a dashboard in disappointment.
