Customer service can rewarding at times, just you get too many arseholes complaining.

I was at Sydney University for a year studying Philosophy and Government, dropped out and went travelling for a year, managed to write my way into a Journalism course at UTS - University of Techology Sydney...which is incredibly ironic given that most of the lifts dont even work.

customer service is the worst. I spend 30 hours a week talking to strangers and listening to their bullshit, complaining, swearing etc etc. Sometimes it funny/fun cause you can be equally subliminaly annoying towards them too...makes them madder and everything. Funny, funny...

One of my mates is an aspiring actor and did phone customer service for a while - he used to act different personalities & characters when dealing with ppl to make it more interesting for him.

I work from 7am-3:30pm but I usually stay a little later and try to get some overtime.

Tues & Thurs

I have classes from 5pm-10:20pm

Wed & Sat

I have study groups.

Mon-Wed-Fri
Gym for about an hour and a half.

i'm in school about 8 hours a day, studying audio engineering. although about 4 hours of that time is spent in labs, playing with equipment. this month i'm playing with fantoms ,tritons, xv-5080, and proteus

im not working right now. dont have time too.

In August i will return to Law school (Detroit Mercy) taking a lil break right now, but besides that i rap, write, record. Study various lawsuits just cause the more knowlege I attain now, the better i will do in school!and as far as income i dont do shit cause i collect disablity from the Army and VA.
