What do you do...

Just get yourself in a different scene (if you are staying home alot) and wait for something good to happen so you can smile about it. Last night I was feeling down and then I thought about all the crazy horrible shit in the world and thought my life aint that bad fuck it! Gave a dollar to a charity dude and went along with my day. Just wait, time heals all wounds (theres a cliche statement for u)

Go to the root of the problem. There is always a thing that makes you be in that situation. I feel like you a lot, and I know the root to my problem each and every time, yet most of the time, I do nothing about it. I either just say fuck it or I suck it up and do some of the following things. What you do is find something that you're looking forward to. It can be as simple as a party, a concert, or a trip you're going to. Just stamp that date in your head, and be excited for it. If not, find something to do that makes you feel good. It can be poetry, singing, even doing a school project where you get to express your creativity. If it's just a case of bad days where everything is going the way it shouldn't be and regularly doesn't, that just means the next day or the day after it is going to be an exciting day for you where you won't be feeling like you are now. Life just has to be like that. I'm a pessimist too, and it sucks, lol. I hope my advice helped a tiny bit.

me.. I try it by takin a hot bath, drink some liqour, cry a bit (if I'm alone) n hope that there'll be a point when life have to become better because there's nuthin worse.. (I realized this point doesn't exsist.. things get worse n worse n worse.. but I still hope..)
sumtimes it helps me to go shoppin.. (but only possible when I have sum money.. a rarity..)
n I agree wit u.. mostly there's no brightside to look on..
 
You have to make the difference. Whatever is bothering you or praying on your mind, you need to confront it. If it is job worries you need to work harder or increase your education. If it is relationship worries you need to get out there, go to more social events, join a club. If it's money worries you need to budget and be disciplined.
If it someone wants to kick your ass you need to confront them, get the kicking out the way or beat them up, after it's over, it's over.

If you cannot find the motivation to confront it, apart from the fact you're a loser and you need a kick in the arse, talking helps.
 
I try to enjoy the little things. 2 days ago I woke up at 3 PM, rolled a joint, made some eggs, sat outside on the balcony, ate, smoked and then listened to some music enjoying the sun. Best few hours I've had in a month. Which is pretty sad lol.

No one can really tell you anything if you don't say what your problems are. They can offer their personal solutions but they probably won't help in your situation .. or just some cliche ass wannabe-psychologist bullshit.
You have someone you can confide to? Have them give advice. Or get some medication :)

When I feel crap, I put on some good music and have a cigarette really slowly. Or find a good book to read. Or just have the company of friends, even if you dont talk about it, they will pick u up just hanging around them, especially if they're a funny bunch.

it's good to see that on this board (sum) people care for each other.. like the one who talked to me on msn still don't kno who he is but it feels good if u see that sumbody cares bout u.. :(
 
felt like that 1-2 months ago. there's not much to do. try to not stay home, see friends, go out, try not think about it. do things that can change your mind. really there's no trick to it. only with time that feeling will go away. really... kinda sad but that's the way it is.
