What are my actions if I have not recieved item from Ebay but paid

This piece of shit fuck wont answer any of my emails. I sent him 112.00 for an item. He has a very good feedback rating i have no idea why this is happening.

I have sent him email after email, and im able to check the status somehow and every mail that I have sent has been read.
This fucking bastard ruined my weekend i was going away and needed this item.

What course can I take if I paid and i have no recieved the item. I have his address and shit, im gonna get the cops after him...

I know that using PayPal makes dealing with these kinds of thigns much easier...for example, if you have not received a payed-for item, then PayPal refunds your money, I believe..as opposed to using a credit card and having to go through all this bullshit

anyways, the guy finally got back to me!!! He apologized a hundred times and threw in alittle extra shit that i dont need, but just as a good gesture.

Did you get the stub that accompanies with the money order? If so call them up and see if he has cashed it in. If not tell them you want to stop payment on that money order and you will receive your funds back minus shipping and handling or other crap from the company. I had people call in the police station and wanting to file a report about these types of situation.
