what i'm trying to say - yes, you have the best basketball players, best physically blessed athletes playing one on one. but playing as a team - you're not the best. you gotta admitt it.

Playin as a team we are also the best, but we dont play as a team year round like some other countries. They practiced for what 1 month maybe 2 before playing. I can best say it like this. These other countries wouldnt make it in the NBA as a team playing against the NBA's teams.

^^^ don't make it wrong about other teams playing against NBA teams. There will only be FIBA rules in Olympics and world championships. Other teams also don't practice more than 2 months, cause players have their contracts and play in various leagues.

^^But international teams are together for years, Team USA almost every 2 years has got new guys on there, there's never consistantancy.

but you have more players to chose from. this year you had one of the biggest present stars from nba: wade, lebron, anthony and it wasn't a whole new team that played in 2004 olympics, some of the players were the same. lithuania had just maybe 4 or 5 players from the team that played in 2004 olympics and that's a lot to a small country like this.
