Only God and Tupac know the answer to this question. We've all heard the first line in Hail Mary-"i ain't a killer but don't push me" do you think anyboby pushed him? I think it's possible because even he admitted to be an active participant in the gang violence after he signed with death row. If you wathced "Thug Angel Life Of An Outlaw" then you've seen it yourself...he could shoot very well. He had the guns and enough bullets to take out a whole block by himself and he did say the only thing left to do was to shoot at a live target. Why would he get all those guns if he wasn't going to use them to protect himself...? He got them because of the lifestyle he was living he understood that it was necessary to crarry guns with him becasue it was very likely that he would run into some past beef he had or be in a situation when he was in an argument and guns were pulled out. So i guess he figured it's better to be safe then sorry. Another reason i think he might have killed somebody was to get his well established street credibility and respect from all the gangstas at death row because death row at the time had the most killers on payroll. Before the first shooting Tupac said that he would never roll to go pull guns on any black person but all those morals he had once stood for went out the window when 5 bullets penetrated his flesh given to him by the same people who he thought he was a representitive and the voice for. When he got out of prison i think he said FUCK IT! i'm living life no-holds-barred. He said it himself "i'm going to make niggaz feel the fire like i had to feel the fire" fire meaning hot bullets because when you get shot it burns. You can also hear it in a lot of his music. Through out his carrer as he got older his music got harder and harder especially during the time he was on death row. The months leading up to his untimely death he made more and more murder murder murder kill kill kill records and the "dear mama" the "keep ya head up" and the "branda's gotta baby" records basically stopped. Was this a case of life imitating art or art imitating life? I guess we'll never know. Tupac always said that he wants everything that comes out of his mouth to be the truth. In his music he talked about a lot of killing...some of it may just be him rapping about the mentality of the young black male in the ghetto but i'm sure alot of it was through his own perspective he also asked God to forgive him for his sins a lot saying shit like i hope the lord can forgive me but it was either him or me he said shit like this a lot...too many to remember right now. He rapped about how he murdered his enemies and ya'll know Tupac he always said anything i rap about is all real there ain't no fake at all in Tupac. I'm not saying that he was a cold hearted killer or anything but i do think that he might have found himself in a situation where he had to defend his life. A lot of people said that one of the many reasons that may have been the reason for his death was because he was taking part in the gang violence getting even with the people who did him wrong. Also in the gang lifestyle a big way somebody could gain a lot of respect is with retaliation. So let me end this the way i started it with a line from Hail Mary-"revenge is like sweetest joy next to getting pussy" so what are your thoughts on this?

Tupac is not a gangbanger, and i dont know if tupac is a killer or not, even tho i have reasons to believe that tupac shot and killed biggie, because people was saying that biggie was shocked to see who shot him, but i dont know man. I dont think tupac killed anyone, i just think he faked his death and got out of the fame and whatever else and is now living under the alias as Makaveli and he is dropping albums when he feel like it, kinda like he mention on in his own words about releasing a album every 5 years, because nobody else has done it, besides paul mccrarfey(bad spelling). Kinda like the double cd , the first to release one in hiphop, the first for everything, even faking his death.

dude.. 2pac did not fake his death...............

U2K is back. Who remembers him from back at madeniggaz and tupac.net or whatever that was.

Dude is crazy

Qui, ja & yes. Dude is crazy.

bigCASH, although I think 'Pac had it in him to kill, I don't think he ever did although I understand, and agree with, what you're saying about DR's influence on him.

BTW, 2Pac didn't do everything he rapped about. When he says 'him or me', I think he's saying that's exactly like it would go down kinda like with the 2 cops. Tupac ended up only wounding them but he wasn't shooting to miss - unless you're some knd of sniper who has been instructed not to, when a trigger is pulled you gotta be shooting to kill. It's survival.

pac could of killed i beleive, but for the right reason... so really he like any person i know... i could kill a motherfucka if i had a reason to, i dont think pac would jus kill for the street credibility

You would have to be fool to kill for street cred! if you are a sucsessfull rapper an actor! surely you strive to get away from that kind of life.

Keep in mind, i said i had reasons to believe that pac killed biggie, but i already said that i dont believe pac killed anyone.

Let me re-bump my post, its title When pac and biggie got shot

Just in case some of yall missed it the first time.

when i said he might have killed for the street cred i didn't mean just for the street cred i think he did it to show that he wasn't scared to roll on his enemies which resulted in him getting tons of street cred. Keep in mind at the time he was rolling with Bloods...some hardcore killers and they had his back so he felt like he had to have theirs he felt like if whoever he was with had a beef with someone then he had a beef with them too. I'm pretty sure all ya'll heard Never Had A Friend Like Me...like he said in that song "your enemies my enemies cuz you ain't never had a friend like me" and yes he strived to get away from that lifestyle but like the saying goes you can take them out of the hood but you can't take the hood out of them or in the words of Tupac from to my unborn child "maybe if i tried to change who i'm kiddin i'm a thug til i die i'm a rider mayne"

i dont think pac would ever kill anyone listan to his interviews about badboy,he mentions all the time that he wasent no animal..

2pac probably meant that he lyrically murdered his enemies. Like on hit em up he straight murdered biggie and Puffy but in a lyrical sense.

i saw that interview the one he did with snoop at the mtv awards in 96' 3 days before he was shot he said that just for the cameras because off camera he was a completely different person and actually a fight broke out that same night at the award ceremony you've seen the footage of them stomping out Orlando Anderson at the Tyson fight right...? i'm not saying he was an animal but he did have a short temper

and to tupacmansion...yeah he murdered people lyrically but on Hit Em Up that runs a little deeper than just being on wax he said that he was going to kill them, their kids and everybody who associated with them it didn't sound like a threat to me it sounded more like a promise
