What's this "recurring" thing mean?

Recurring means at the end of the year it will automatically renew itself. Paypal will send you an email asking you if you want to renew so you dont forget and if you ignore it it will renew automatically otherwise you can cancel it at anytime.

That's what I thought it meant. I'm not down for that. I could forget about it, get a different IP with a different email in the meantime, and get it automatically taken out without knowing. And If I'm near my limit at the time, I pay all kinds of fees.
