question: after one is started, will the leader have the possibility to delete the whole usergroup? and will the leader have all other administrative powers over the group, ie. delete members, and whatever else you can do with the group? lol

you should somehow fix internal ranks within the usergroups, and a little usergroup "forum" (lmited of course) accessible through the usergroup menu.. or something
