Film & TV Vince Carter/Bruce Bowen Altercation

Vince was having an unstoppable game.. when the Nets led as much as 16pts. Then Bown headbuts Vince & vince retaliates with a headbut and gets a tech. Then later in the game, Bowen gets physical and tangles vinces legs in the air shootn a shot.. vince gets up and rushes Bowen with his fists crunched down, like he bout to lay bowen out. Vince gets another technical and gets ejected. This incident is similar to last year when Carter on toronto was shootn a jumpshot and landed down on Bowens leg and fucked up his ankle. So i feel why he was so pissed... I think Bowen is a dirty defender but he acts naive and innocent to the refs. Kinda sucks the game had to end that way cuz the nets had that game in there hands...

^Yep. Also, being torched by Carter was extremely painful to Bowen. Players like Bowen, they take great pride in their defense, and when they get fuckin torched....They don't feel great. It's obvious that Bowen was just provoking Carter, but in a smart, clever way though.

I don't like Bowen, someone remembers his kick against Wally? But after all, the Spurs won so I guess he did his job, I give him that, but I don't like the way he did it.

P.S: Still Vince has to be smarter then that. I mean, if u have 41, you don't need to beat noone up. Just finish the game, win the game, score over all maybe 55....and then u pwned Bruce Bowen. Period.

thats true but you gotta know where he's coming from. the same exact shit happened last year, carter went up for a jump shot and bowen got kinda under his legs and vince rolled his ankle and was out for i think six games. he probably felt like it wasn't a coinsidence that the same shit almost happened again with the same player
