i've never taken it before but i got two pills from a girl today and i'm skeptical about taking them because i don't know what it does...really i'm not even sure if it's vicoden...on one side of the pill it has a wierd shaped V and on the other side of it has the numbers 35 and 92 so is it Vicoden and if so to those who know what would taking two pills of it do to me

It wont hurt you. It's a painkiller. You might want to take one at a time tho.

Oblong white tablet imprinted V on one side and 3592 on the other side is 5 mg hydrocodone and 500 mg acetaminophen. It's generic Vicodin.
