It aint dead for me, i still watch a lot of my old movies on tape. i watch my DVD too.

when i miss wrestling on monday night. i use a VHS tape to record it i dont use a DVR.

My Camcorder is VHS-C. i dont have a DVR.

when the time comes an VHS is officially dead. then i'll buy a DVD recorder.

I just bought 4 VCR's today along with two 8 pack VHS tapes. Im gonna save em and sell it as rares in like about 50 years. Still in the package and everything.

Your welcome :p seriously though, a video tape can if saved and taken care of in the right way last up to 20 years, but the quality of the image will be highly reduced eg. it will be shit one way or the other so :p

Doesn't matter, it's not the tape that will be worth a million, it's the VHR. In about 70 years nobody will have one, you can then sell it some idiot who likes to collect old stuff for probably a million or so :pp.

It aint ever gonna be dead for me! I own around 200 video tapes of boxing footage. An i certainly aint gonna be chucking them out, FUCK that.

aww.. i still have plenty of videos in VHS. but i knew it was dead the day i went ot the video rental place and they had no VHS. that day i knew.. RIP.

VH what? They're saying DVD is dead already.

I have many tapes with memorable videos but I do not watch them because somebody stuck a sandwich into my VHS player and I couldn't bring myself to go out and buy a replacement. Besides that, VHS is like watching TV with a homemade antenna. And what is the deal with rewinding and shit?
