yesterday the Amazon web site stated that this cd will ship on the 22nd. Today it says it is out of stock and it says that you can order this item used.

I don't think that it's already out of stock. Maybe it was cancelled?

ever heard of prelisting? there's a reason why the seller has a 4.3/10 rating and a shitty fill rate. sites prelist all the time because of the sheer volume of new releases that hit the shelves and then don't go back to fix errors.
