Vegetable Smoothies

I don't have a blender here with me. I'm sure I can find some around, but they're expensive. Also, I rarely go grocery shopping and just have a plan with a restaurant in our hotel. From 6-5 I'm in class or with patients, so when I come home, I'm just a lazy shit and just grab food from the Indian restaurant I mentioned earlier.

Plus, I don't trust the farmer's market the locals have. It's all kept on shitty carts and everyone touching them and shit. Only pro is that there's no pesticide or GMOs, so they truly are natural. But they still look like shit and would use a banana or lettuce bought from there to make a smoothie or sandwich.

^Restuarant meals? Gross.

What i do is make a massive stir fir, or fried quinoa (with meat + veggies)m or some type of pasta and portion it into 5 meals (lunch) on a sunday evening/afternoon. Seems to work pretty well. Then i take veggies/fruit/trail mix to munch on throughout the day.

Yeah, I may have to invest in a hot plate and make something better than that. Or use the communal kitchen, which is ok.....

I shed a little tear for you. Your story was so heart rendering.

I'm sippin on that green goodness, Sigh. It looks like green doo doo but it tastes great. Too bad it's quite expensive. The big bottle was 5.50 at albertsons.

It was closer to 4 dollars at this store in Boston. If u can get 4 cups out of it, thats less than 1.40 a cup, u can afford it :D
