Vegan is the new Viagra

^LMAO. Awesomesauce.

Anyway, vegan is the new black. wait, no, gay is the new black. *scratches head*

Once i start making more money and learn more preparations im going vegetarian, but i dont think i can go full vegan.

i work out 5 times a day. I already feel weak from just not eating enough food.

it has nothing to do with this thread though.

I think i'm hard as a rock already. in fact i get compliments.

Maybe it's because of my work outs, or whatever? i dunno.

but i can't go vegan. at least not right away. It is starting to become a trend though.

The point of the headline, for those who didn't watch it, is not that a vegan diet will give you harder or better erections, but rather than it will prevent you from suffering from erectile dysfunction in the future which is a very common side-effect of a diet that is high in meat/dairy, not so much for people our age, but for men beginning in their mid 30's.

I can't believe I had to explain that, lol.

Meat + Gym = Protein + Gym = Hard Body Everything (No homo).

Stop blaming everything else for being unfit and unhealthy and focus on getting active and GETTING IN SHAPE!

Who's blaming anything? The average carnivore diet in the Western world, is a million times unhealthier than the average vegan diet, and chances are, your average meat eater will suffer from oncoming heart problems and a slow clogging of the veins, etc. Going to a gym is not relevant, that's something that's good for you regardless of diet.

Also, meat is not required in that equation, and I could point you towards more than a few vegan bodybuilders, mixed martial arts fighters etc who would be happy to tell you that also :D

I can't do vegan. I am struggling doing a day meat free, and a day dairy free.

I do monitor my health though. And often have a cholesterol check.

Yeah, I mean it's a discipline, for sure, for most in the western world who grow up largely on a diet that's high in meat and dairy.

I have a different perspective, because the average Indian diet is vegan already. Of all the amazing food people in my family cook, the only thing I have to turn down is paneer. Everything else is already vegan. When i was vegetarian, I didn't like milk, or eggs. I didn't avoid them at that time, but it wasn't much of a stretch for me to start avoiding them. I don't assume that it would be as easy for anyone else as it was for me, but at the same time, every vegan I know says it was a lot easier than they thought it would be.

Diet is more habit, than anything else. And some people find it easier to break particular habits than others, no doubt.

And Ill point you to an unending list of scientists who prove that the human body needs PROTEIN to grow.

Are you going against scientists or is Veganism now your Religion?

Oh, and Protein supplements come from animal products. Soy protein has too much estrogen to be good for you. And no one wants to eat 12 servings of beans a day.

Rukas, you're totally right. Exercise totally helps limp-dick. I ran on the treadmill the other day for 20 minutes and I got one while I was running. Had to stop because I felt so light-headed. But I can attest to your claim of exercise being the cure.
