I've been drawing blanks lately while looking for some Uplifting Trance..

If you're into it, can you give me some suggestions. The kind similar to Aril Birkha - Winter.

Thanks.

I shall rep those who give me the best of the best. lol

you might of heard it before...but, this has got to be the most classic track of them all "Kamaya Painters - Endless Wave"

When i was scouting the net for some really classic tracks amongst the bullshit i stumbled onto a few great sites that gave some good listing on some great songs. So, check em' out if your interested. Then just download a copy of limewire and your set, although some may be hard to find i heard SoulSeek is also a great source for getting hard to find trance tracks.

Not trance nor electro.. more prog but certainly influenced by the french sound of alan braxe, daft punk, falcon and the rest of the gods:
Jaunt - Traveling
Jaunt - Pulsar
Two tracks that take me to a better place everytime i hear em..
if u have trouble finding em just pm and i'll sort you out.

If your not the ambient uplifting sort.. here's a list of classic trance tracks that have gone under the Happy Hardcore category:

William Orbit - Barbers Adagio for strings (ATB version)
Alice DeeJay - Better Off Alone (oh this brings back good memories)
Nalin & Kane - Cruising
Mickey Modelle - Dancing in the dark
Aquagen -Everybody's free
Binary Finary - 1999 (Gouryellas Mix)

Ahhh memories
If your after Electro-y type songs:
Klass Vs I Am Finn - I Love You (Van She Tech Remix) <-- Epic is an understatement
Prodigy - Voodoo People (Pendulum Remix) <- Make sure you get the breaks version not the Drum n Bass version..
John Dahlback - Everywhere (Original Mix)

Enjoy!

Try to find a song called Eternity(innercity remix) by Dj Tiesto and Armin Van Buuren. Spiral by Armin Van Buuren, Who's watching(Tonedepth Remix) by Armin Van Buuren. All dope tracks

Salar, the tracks are awesome. I prefer Traveling to Pulse though, but equally dope nonetheless.

Thanks Da Funk. I have Who's Watching. Very hot.

What classifies as "uplifting"? I always thought "uplifting" like Gloria Gaynor's "I will survive". The jaunt tracks are boring with no words. They don't uplift me. An uplifting techno/house/whatthefuckever track to me would be something like "Scooter - the logical song". I don't know...

Uplighting Trance can be called Epic trance also...
Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond and Paul van Dyk are notable DJs. Chord progression, extended breakdowns are good characteristics of it. Sometimes melodic backgrounds add to it.

I'm trying to think of a really good example to use.... Hmm, Solar Stone - Solar Coaster is a good example probably.. (the breakdown at about 1:20min)... Tiesto's 'Just Be' can be used also, as uplifting vocal trance...even though very commercial.

Mother fucker, just add me to MSN and I'll send you tracks, you stupid Serbian prick :)

SOFI, don't look at it in a vocal manner but picture it as if it's the soundtrack of your life.. Close your eyes.. put on some good headphones (preferably Sennheiser HD-25's) and pump it out loud.. and get lost in the music... Jaunt tracks will take you to amazing places.. There's a difference between listening to music and hearing music (i think i got that from white men can't jump)

If you want fighting trance... Probably one of the greatest trance songs ever made..
Marcel Woods - Lemon Tree
This track will make you lose your shit..

Whats your e-mail, since I may have confused you with some fruity streethopper I don't want to talk to :)
I provided it to you in this thread.

I assume it's because you and your brother post under FlipMo, that you seem to have amnesia. I'm hoping that's what it is.
