imo the way i mixed the beat made it a lot more listenable, but thinking back i think maybe the volume on this mixdown is low. i actually don't have the chance to check it out right now, but comparing it to industry tracks, isn't it quite low? i will make a new mixdown nevertheless, i am a perfectionist and a frequency geek and i love to tune.

on the track itself, i spoke my thoughts. rather than the rest of you, i have had the opportunity to hear a lot of chronic's recordings over the recent period and there is so much improvement for each song. this is great. i actually have an "unsigned hype" folder in my music folder. you have your own artist folder in there

There's the accent which could be an issue.

I like your flow, but I felt that there were a couple of parts in the song where it's obvious that you tried to hit the beat right instead of just being natural about it, if that makes sense.
