OMG the video title confirms this too. if you only rearrange 2 letters in 720P (2 for 2, P for Pac, it's a clue) you get 207P and if you replace "P" with S04E03 (4+3 =7) you also get 2077. Totally confirmed. "Unsung Hollywood" means he's not in Hollywood, so he's in a hiding, "no commercials" also hints that he's not selling out by refusing to make shitty music (unsung, no commercials) that we see coming from so many artists these days, which explains no new albums.
