Universal Soldiers - We Ready

uhoh

im ready...always loved this beat....

"yoooooo can I get a replyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, why I see young kids getting highhhhhhhhhhh" " want me to lose my morals "... "so respect my shit".. "you can trust that like word is bond ".."heard is wrong!"..damn..this shit is viscious.."trying to set a positive example "...

"we ready for suckers who hate on the low" - whoooooooooo

"back in the town..and loving this game"..."smacking them clowns cause im back on the prowl".."sounds of the dead".."come for me man".."...damn!" <- dope way to end...

"im stranded and lost..".."not selling my soul"..."just let it go..."..word up... im feeling this cut alot.. truthfully... "nothing to show!"....

only thing i'd suggest on this... a different reverb..a little wetter... so the vocals arent so dense against the thick ass drums..feel me?otherwise...straight heat...

dawg this fuckin MegaUpload shit is slow.

Cant really understand dude on the intro.
First dude is havin trouble flowin 2 the beat, concentrating on trying 2 stay on beat so isnt even riding with the beat and the flow goes off and on throughout the entire verse. Some of the lyrics were pretty nice...some of em were whack though. The gap between the 1st verse and hook needs 2 be filled. Hook is pretty nice, 2nd dude is solid on the flow tip - but needs 2 ride with the beat more as well. Lyrics were a bit better than the 1st dude. Definately don't think this is ya'lls type of beat...at least right now. You're still working on perfecting the flows, so U dont really swing with the beat right now and it shows on this track. But its always good 2 try new shit 2 help elevation. Keep elevating.

Peace

That beat is nice; not sure I've heard it before, who's the producer?
Altought that's a nice beat, the problem with it is since the vocals are always going in the background, they stand to overshadow your delivery and thats what going on when Im listening to it.
Flow on the intro is sloppy, espcially around the part where your talking about wearing a suit and being formal - the line's pretty nice tho.
Hook is generic, right down the "we thuggin' fo' sho'" line as well as the DMX "if you love something let it go" line round the 2 minute mark.
It's hard to comment on this track as I said cos the background vocals are so distracting but i thought what I could hear was pretty generic. I prefered "Thinking Back"

Sup sup, Thanks for the feedback.
First off, the beat is from the diplomats - diplomatic immunity vol 1 Heatmakerz on the beat.

Secondly, I feel u if u prefer the other track more than this. Its a whole nother category. Tho I personally feel this one is better, but thats just a matter of oppinion and flavour.

I'm not sure I know what you mean with generic, but all I can say is that, the chorus kinda just came to me like a freestyle. So I just felt like, hey let it be natural even if its a bit "played out"...

The line u talkin bout is not DMX to me. Tho I know he spit a similar line in some song. I guess its like that saying. "there's nothin new under the sun" To some it will be biting, to some it will be a cliche and to some it will be something new. All depending on where u heard it first, and I guess I spit it for the ones who aint heard it. If u ask me True Wisdom don't care bout origin.

Peace

I feel what you're sayin about the DMX thing. Like I said, cos of the distracting vocals in the background, I found it hard to concentrate on the continuing lyrical content so that line kind of jumped out on me. I was in the wrong to be judgin it like that sayin as I wasnt fully sure of where the song was going. I respect what you're sayin too about that line, if you believe in the philosophy behind anything then you should be free to say it on wax. I like the concept of the line myself actually.

Look forward to your next drop
If you could return the favour, I'd really appreciate it

That beat is a str8 banging. dame good choice.
I don't think that background voice is so distracting but it make the beat sound looped.
it sound like the first verse is a little sloppy. maybe you should have practiced it a few more times before stepping to the mic.
the second guy rips the fuck out the beat.
dame nice flow and delivery.
Lyrically, it's good but there's a few parts that could be better.
In whole, it's another hot track from you guys. I'm liking your style.
Keep it up

I do have a few new track I'm working on right now. as soon as I feel confident about the track/s I'll send it to you so you can rock that shit.
