Nah, I checked that. All it says is that it was written by Pac Johnny J and that Johnny j produced it. Also the fact that it was previously unreleased.

that's not true. there were dozens of samples in all eyez on me that were not credited.

as with most things, it's only illegal if you get caught.

i'd bet that unconditional love's guitars are a sample.

word. unconditional love was the song that got me into tupac and convinced me to buy all his albums. first tupac album i ever bought was greatest hits. i love that song to death, i could never get tired of it even after playing it on repeat for hours.

yup.

basically, if you take a guitar sample and hide it under a bassline, some strings, and whatever, it could be hard to reckognize it. it's not like every artist in the world buy every hiphop album out there and go through them for samples. unless a sample makes up the main melody of a track i don't see a reason to credit it because you could easily get away with it
