Yeah I saw it. Great movie.

Funny how Reyeb (the first guy that gets killed) seems to have been the only genuine person in the movie. While the fucked up the drug/sex exchange is bad, he still took the time to talk, told him to check into the school, and the idea of leaving prison is to be less fucked up. He could have just overpowered him and had his way with him without an issue, but he took the time to actually give a shit - then he dies.

About the end when the cars follow him ... I'm assuming it means he became the leader of the 'Mob' and they were protecting him or was it just symbolic to say that even that he's out of prison - crime is going to follow him no matter what.

^yeah, and the two aren't mutually exclusive. It's a very interesting story. Go to jail a nobody with nothing, come out a fucking boss lol.
