I think your 18? If so just get one of your friends to take you to the walk in and get it checked out. Tell the doctor you were drinking heavily and puked up blood the next morning, let him do is examination and go from there. No need to let your parents know. If your not 18 I'd just tell your parents and deal with it, shit like this isn't worth fucking around with. Chances are its not serious but on the off chance it is it'd be a lot better to endure a bitch fest from the parents than needing a liver transplant or some shit.

if you can get away without telling your parents, fine... but if it's something serious, keep in mind the doctor could tell you it's serious and call an ambulance on the spot and send you to a hospital... then imagine how random it'll be for your parents...
