it sounds reasonable cuz if u read that police affidavit it was gang related like his last movie, and in the papers, you can get them at smokinggun.com, it says the southside crips just got money from the east coast, you know what else could that mean, and maybe suge just wanted us to believe that he did it just so he could take biggie out and not make it look like retaliation

The Compton Police Report doesn't really substantiate the Phillips article that Biggie was in on it or that the Crips used Biggie's gun.

I think a couple of Crips just duped Phillips by concocting a story. Things moved too quickly from the MGM to the shooting for the Crips to have sought out a meeting with Biggie to sell their shooting services.

that could mean a million different things. for one, the Bloods and Crips aren't only situated in LA, they got connections and "chapters" if you will, all over the US. the money could have been from some other deals they made with east coast cats. all you have is speculation, it doesn't prove anything.

as for the Phillips article, it's bullshit. if Bigie was in Vegas that night, someone would have noticed him or recognized him and would have said something by now. i agree with Morris, i think the Crips just fed him a bullshit story, if he even talked to them at all (it wouldn't be the first time a journalist made up a story to get front page headlines.)
