I was wondering why did they take off the pac's verus off from U Can Be Touched which is on STILL I RISE and only keep the Hook ?

i doubt he replaced him due to being capabkle of rappuing better. it goes like this, 2pac wrorte the verse about napolean so he ffelt it was only right fro him to rap it

verse = a verse of a song, what is in between the choruses
versus = vs., as in "me vs. you" meaning we are contenders.

well that is what is supposedly believed, but i've never bought that. it makes about as much sense as the claim that Unconditional Luv was written for Hammer, even tho the song talks specifically about Pac's life. it just doesn't add up.
