Actor/singer Tyrese Gibson has announced the formation of Headquarter Entertainment and HQ Pictures, a full service entertainment company that will help push Gibson's new rap career as Black Ty.
Gibson is currently working on a new double album titled Alter Ego, due via J Records.
One album is devoted to R&B songs, while the other features Gibson's rap persona, Black Ty.
The actor's handpicked producers The Frontline BoyZ handled production duties on the album.
Tyrese is currently abroad filming the Dreamworks movie Transformers, slated for a summer 2007 release.
