This is the best fucking site I've been on in ages. It's in a semi-closed beta right now, to gain access you need to be friends on Facebook with someone who is already a member. So for those of you that are friends with me on FB, it's your lucky day 
Here's how it works. There's room organized by genre, or you can make your own. In each room there are 5 DJ slots. There's a search engine to find songs or you can upload ones. It rotates from one DJ to the next playing whatever they want. Then there's people in the room just listening. People vote on whether the song you play is awesome or lame. If they vote awesome, you get a point. More points makes you awesome and unlocks better avatars.
It's too sick. You gotta check it out. You discover so much awesome music just by being on there.

It's addictive as hell. And there's a cool chat feature. Last night I was in a 90s hip-hop room for 2 hours. People were playing DITC, Main Source, Nas, Wu-Tang, Gravediggaz, Pac. I played Big L's "Put It On" and got loads of points lol cos everyone voted "awesome" on it. Right now I'm in an 80s room jamming to some Prince, Scritti Politti, Rick Springfield, etc.
We should all get on there and create a StreetHop room!
