Tupac's '2' design. Where is it from?

The trade-mark '2' in 2Pac, does anyone know where it is coined form (if anywhere)? The one on the AEOM album, posters, etc.

yeah ur right its the '2' font on those three albums, and its dope. i knew it in the back of my mind that it was the typically '2' of 2Pac, but didnt really realised it, if uknow what i mean?
