TUPAC song or not?

Has anyone ever noticed when they download pac songs off of Kazaa (or whatever you use) that unknown people put their name nas "2pac" "tupac" or "makaveli"? We all know that they just do this so u will listen to the song. Plus it is always incredibly easy to tell wether or not it is pac or not. But a few days ago i ran into a song called "Criminal". I had never heard it before and it is not on any of his cds. But some one please let me know if it is really pac or not, it sounds as if it is an older song. Here are the first couple lines and if anyone has heard this shit let me know

"In the days as a criminal,
runnin from the cops
can't let em see me
so I'm hopin out the benz"


thats just the first few lines, if it is really a pac song it will pop out at someone.

that is supposedly one of the first songs that he recorded from what i have heard.

of course when you download shit from kazaa, you are never going to find exactly what you are looking for. all that shit has been changed around so many times, and everyone puts their own stupid titles and whatever on it.
