Afeni never said Anderson killed him. Maybe you're thinking about when she said she thinks the person who killed him is dead, but she never said anyone's name. I don't know any interview where she talks about a fan killing him though.

I remember seeing an old MTV interview (around 1997-1998) with Afeni about this. The interviewer asked Afeni who she believed murdered Tupac, and she said that she believed "Orlando Anderson and his compatriots" were behind it. She said that Pac knew that he would eventually be murdered and that it would be by someone who he didn't know and was unimportant.

I have this on VHS somewhere, I'll look for it. But just in case it triggers your memory, other topics discussed in the program were the bootlegs that were coming out (and Afeni said that if Pac were alive, none of the bootleggers would have the guts to put them out), Frank Alexander's book Got Your Back (and she said that she hadn't read it and didn't really care to to read it), and about how she was listening to Dear Mama while driving to the place where they interviewed and how she was crying.

not necessairly. as far as i can recall, pac's only felony conviction would come from the sexual assault case. he had misdemeanors up the ass, but even with the hughes case he was never convicted of felonious assault.

for the other guy, the three strikes law doesn't have a definite sentence. basically, 3 strikes and you're going to jail. for violent crimes it's 25 with an L, for white collar crimes it's club med.
