This is just a POSSIBILITY, but it MIGHT be from September 4, 1996, right after the 1996 MTV VMAs were over. As a lot of you know, there is footage of Pac in New York being interviewed at some party where he is talking about Death Row East and wearing a white T-shirt with "Death Row East" on the left side of the front of the shirt. So maybe it was the next day, since it's so bright. Either that or he was inside a very well lit area.
