Let's not turn this into a racist thread where we group the acts of a few and blame their whole race. Also lets not be cliched about it.
Back in the ealy 90's there was a lot of tension in the hoods, especially in Cali, between Blacks and Koreans. It was hood politics. The Koreans opened up many shops across the hood, they were taking the money and were succesful, largely down to their work ethic. But the money got taken out of the hood and not re-invested, like black business before had done. This angered many blacks. So shops started getting robbed. This made all koreans suspicious of blacks.
Pac heard a story of a young girl who got shot in the back, either because she stole a bottle of juice or because the store owner thought she did. I have heard and read conflicting stories. She died. Pac was angry about this.
Here on Earth, tell me what's a black life worth
A bottle of juice is no excuse, the truth hurts
