Death Tupac Murder Trial

I think they're just playing up the conspiracy theories. It could have been Suge, so you can't convict beyond a reasonable doubt. They probably won't mention Diddy as that'll skate too close to Zip and the truth, but they'll just throw doubt on what happened.

The problem is the prosecution really doesn't have any evidence, there's no smoking gun other than what Keefe D himself has said. So if the defence can just say that he made it up to profit, and there's enough evidence to suggest it could have been someone else... He will walk.

I had A.I. help me lol

Day 10; Jury instructions.

Jury Instructions in the Tupac Shakur Murder Trial

Overview of Jury Instructions

In the ongoing trial concerning the murder of Tupac Shakur, the jury is being instructed on the nature of evidence that can be considered. This includes the understanding that the prosecution is not limited to physical evidence alone.

Key Points of the Instructions

  • The jury may be informed that:
    • Physical Evidence is Not Mandatory: The prosecution does not need to rely solely on physical evidence to prove its case.
    • Broader Evidence Consideration: Other forms of evidence, such as witness testimonies and circumstantial evidence, can also be taken into account.

People get locked up for rap songs. Sheesh! I'm undecided. I'll wait what the jury decides. I'm certain I don't want to sit through another trial.

Is there a world where mid trial the FBI reaches out to the prosecution and tells them to cool it or that the Diddy evidence they had planned to introduce is part of a larger rico investigation and they can't use it?

Im just trying to wrap my head around why a prosecution that apparently had 200 witnesses listed rests so early, that the defence is even shocked and unprepared for the abrurt turn and has to ask for a day to get ready.

What the hell happened?

You know what happened! Money, feds, cia, fbi, local cops, crooked ass government employees.

Police can legally lie?

A.I.: Yes, police are generally allowed to lie during interrogations and investigations. This practice is legal in many jurisdictions, including the United States, as it is considered a permissible tactic to elicit confessions or information.

Diddy name and photo in the closing slideshow lol

Defense: It's all fake unless we say otherwise.

Now I'm more interested in the civil suit filed by the Shakur estate. Keffe's going to be broke for the rest of his life after that one.

Duane 'Keffe D' Davis is found guilty of murdering Tupac Amaru Shakur.

Rumor has it that Keffe D already has a ghostwriter lined up for a new book.

GREAT! One down, now they need to go after Diddy!

I really think the feds told the prosecutor to hold off on rolling out the rest of the Bad Boy related evidence.

I think... Naming Sean Combs was strong, but then ranting off Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Interscope, Jay-Z, makes him look a little crazy. I mean.... I did post about the Snoop connection last week.... But... Without backing it up just standing there naming names sort of isn't the best look.

I heard the wrongful death suit filed by the Shakur estate includes 100 co-conspirators.

I don't know who all is in the list but I'm very curious.

Faith Evans[Diddy] called Keffe D or Von Zip the day after Tupac's murder [shooting] to ask, "Was that us?" This indicates her concern about the implications of the violent incident involving Tupac and Suge Knight.

[That's what Keffe D is recorded as saying in the criminal trial where he was found guilty]

There's one. She still alive right?

Dude, with all due respect........... the government has control of the Hip Hop industry. And you know damn well who has control of the government. There I said it.

[The trial was like binge watching VladTV and the mofo was convicted. What more do you need? "Conspiracy Theory" went pop when the government told us that a single 'u-turning' bullet killed Kennedy]

Just saying, bro. There I said it.

Well.... it's moving so fast.

Suge Knight behind Biggie murder, Diddy ‘scared to death’ of Suge, and more: Tupac prosecutors

You know it's going to be a 6 episode movie. Fuck Hollywood.

shout out to TicketTV on Youtube

Tupac’s sister, Sekyiwa, and his stepbrothers and cousins were on the other side of the aisle. Is there anything you’d say to that family?

No, I ain’t got nothing to say to them. I didn’t like the way they was looking at me – like they was ready to beat me up. And I didn’t like the way the prosecutors kept bringing them in the back room where the jury was. That felt biased to me.

There were rumors flying around in the courtroom that Sean Combs was paying for your attorney and others that you attempted to get him to pay but he declined. What was the real truth?

I was trying to get him to pay. His daughters go to a school where I knew the football coach and athletic director, so I told him to tell him to at least come and help me out. But I couldn’t get a hold of him. I tried to get Dr. Dre to pay too, but I couldn’t reach him. He never would’ve met Suge if not for me.

[Stay in school kids.]

Anybody reading this ish?

MAURICE SHAKUR P/K/A MOPREME SHAKUR, AS ADMINISTRATOR OF THE ESTATE OF MUTULU SHAKUR VS DUANE KEITH "KEEFE D" DAVIS, ET AL.

2. In the absence of any successful investigations or a single prosecution, conspiracy theories flourished for decades. Some speculated that Biggie, Tupac's perceived rival, was responsible, while others theorized that Marion Knight, Jr. ("Suge Knight"), former CEO of Death Row Records, was involved. The theories were countless but similar in that, no matter the alleged perpetrator, many suggested that Tupac's murder was gang related: Tupac was murdered by members of the South Side Crips after an altercation at the MGM Grand Hotel earlier that evening between Orlando "Baby Lane" Anderson, a South Side Crip, and several members of Death Row Records, including Tupac. Importantly, none of these theories, no matter how widespread, were supported by concrete evidence.

3. Nearly 30 years after Tupac's death, in 2023 , the first-and only-arrest was made. Related grand jury transcripts and a subsequent Netflix documentary have since revealed the existence of a broader, more complex conspiracy to murder Tupac that involved much more than mere retaliation for a prior altercation. Despite this additional information, however, the truth remains elusive. Many individuals who were involved have long since passed way, while others have been hard to identify. Yet, one thing is certain: there remain individuals who were involved in Tupac's murder who, for 30 years, have not been held accountable for their crimes. This action seeks to change that and to recover damages for the wrongful death of Tupac on behalf of the Estate of Mutulu Shakur, Tupac's late stepfather and parent.

"Conspiracy Theory" lol

bottom line; Fuck the feds. ninjas be getting stir fried. ****

**** imagine what the feds did to Tupac....
