whys everyone talkin about this anyway? is this movie supposed to be coming out any time soon?

There is no movie.

The thread starter is posing a hypothetical question.

I think tae diggs or tyson beckford kinda resemble pac a little maybe if they rock the bandana and grow a goatee they would fit as a good pac. I also maybe goin out on a limb here but i remember watching some martin lawrence movies when he was a bit younger and skinnier then he is now but he kinda resembled pac and was funny with a sense of humour like pac
heres a couple pictures of martin lawrence but im sure there are better ones that show some similar feature pac and him have martin just doesnt have the thick eyebrows as pac but thats my thoughts on casts for pac

for the guy who said eddie griffin could play pac i totally agree with u. I always thought he looked kinda similar to pac myself but he seemed to skinny and whimpy but if he also rocked the bandana went bald and beefed up a bit he could look similar to pac here are a couple pics of Eddie

I think its more important that they found a solid actor to play the role rather than one that has similar features to Tupac. I'd also prefer a younger less known/recognised actor to play him as that will bring a fresh view rather than thinking oh thats Mekhi Pheifer playing Tupac, know what I mean? I wouldnt mind at all if they based the movie on Tupac but changed the names, as long as the movie is directed well and has great acting.
A good director I think would be Norman Jewison, he did The Hurricane and seems like he'd keep it true and entertaining. Or you could always have Brian De Palma and have a Scarface type affair haha..
Like I said as long as it has good directing and good acting and the scripts hot it can be anybody, I'm not fussed.
